thanks to Charlie. He knew me way back when all I shot was a 10" 30 Herrett Contender. And no, I am not in the league with Al Goerg. He showed me the path. I just followed it. I have read many of the books mentioned above but my all time favorite is Al Goerg's Pioneering Handgun Hunting. Nothing against the other guys but Al did it. My other hero was Bob Milek. I don't think he ever wrote any books but he sure showed this Tennessee boy a lot of things about handgun hunting.
