After Winchester quit making theses the Ideal Co. picked it up (plus they hired the guy who had been making them for Winchester) and they made and sold them. Some years later Lyman bought Ideal and continued, but eventually redesigned the tool so calibers could be changed in one handle. They still make it today .. the 310 Tool.
