. . . was a totally deaf 20-year-old kitty. She didn't know she was that old. She only came in the house when it was supper time and lap time, or it was below zero outside. And she was a superb mouser.
She lived another five or six years, and then one day she just dropped dead. No lingering agonies. Wish they could all go like that. But it was a tough day for us.
