Hello Gary... I have the 5-shot 5.5" Ultimate .41 Hunter you made up for me in .41 Magnum and .41 GNR. Using .41 Magnum brass I get the following velocities:
300 grain Mountain Mold: 1276 fps
255 Cast Performance: 1350 fps
250 grain Accurate Mold 41-250L: 1413 fps
250 Cast Performance WFN-GC: 1310
Was just wondering if anyone who has a 5-7" revolver has chronographed any loads to see what the velocity difference was.
5 shots at 100 yards sitting with the 250L. Three are in that one hole...one low right and I dropped the last shot off the target about 2" low...

Bob, don't worry too much about speed. Accuracy kills, not

the 41 GNR will beat those velocities by 200 to 250 fps,

What is the max bullet weight for the 410? 255 or 265 grain? (nm)

I wouldn't recommend any bullet heavier than 265
