I'm real gentile on my hulls in my M43 rifle. It locks a the back of the bolt and is not very strong. But I do get 2500 fps from my own cast 45 gr. HPGC bullets. It shoots under 2" at 100 yds., usually 150. About 3" at 200 yds. when I do my best. I need to get a better scope, but that gun platform was never a tack driver. I guess it's really good for cast bullets though.

I think an improved version would be better. I really like the K-Hornet over the standard. I mean who would want a reg. Hornet after working with the K!
