Wife's gun preferences...

WB touched below on what I thought might be an interesting thread.

My wife will typically carry 2 inch J frame or a Sig P238. She had a lot of trouble cycling the slides of the small autos and the linked barrel and exposed hammer made manipulating the slide much easier for her.

House gun. A Weatherby Home Defense pump shotgun with a tactical grip which I personally do not care for. The relationship between the grip, safety and slide release are not natural to me.

Home handgun a Glock 40 ( Long slide 10 mm, not a 40 S&W). She fired her friends Glock 20 and fell in love with it. That turned into the first Glock we own.

It has been entertaining watching reactions to her choices and ability while shopping in gun shops!
