Never been one to back down from eating something ugly…

I tried this Vietnamese “Rambutan” fruit today. Man it’s good! I saved the seed to sprout but it needs warm hi-humidity to flourish. Our winters would kill it. You might search out some in an Asian store. I’m certain you’d like it.
