Anyone know who made it? I've never seen nickle plated .22 bullets before. Cartridges, yes. But not the bullets.
Could this be genuine Vampire ammo?

after being run thru my Flattop Tool gives at least the killing power of a 22 magnum. They just work. Plus another good point is you can pick up a brick or two of the cheap 22 LR plain round nose and run them thru the Flat Top Tool and you have the power of a brick of 22 Magnum.

They reinvented the .22 Long!

As others have pointed out, it is Federal Punch. It is supposedly optimized for short barrel defensive pistols. I’ve shot it….pretty accurate…Federal Auto Match shoots about the same velocity in my short barrel pistols.
