Dealing with a foreign entity, you are on your own. I have done some dealings with eastern Europeans with very favorable results though. I've not read much on these. I think the shotgun slugs have a good domestic following.
I was looking at domestic moulds designed to capitalize on the fluid dynamics principal. Fluted bullets greatly increase surface area and expansive hydraulic displacement is enhanced. That's the idea. Blackhills sells a very successful version of monolithic fluted designs. Why not cast?!
