Excuse of checking on things. I have video cameras there to watch the property. But I like to go there once or twice a week to have a presence there. Let folks see someone come and go. It was my mother’s place I inherited. Fun little cottage on 15 acres just outside Conway. Just 6 miles off 40 headed east toward HHC, before Little Rock. Might make you a good place to rest the night on a trip! I have a deck and BBQ grill.

It’s about 50 miles from Searcy, a solid hour. After work it’s best to just stay the night. Soon it will be yard mowing season (4 hrs.), with bugs and snakes.
