I’m trying to upgrade my 10/22 and swapping out the scope and mount to a 50yd, parallax model. The company is American but they have the scopes made in China. Like several Redfield, Simmons, and a bunch of others. But they are highly rated. The 3x9, 40mm is in the $130 price range. It has a BDC rectical etc. made for rimfire shooting.

my opinion, as well made as any other. Similar in price range to Vortex, they are just clearer to my eye than the Vortex but carry the same no questions replacement policy, kind of like the Harbor Freight of scopes nowadays. hell even Burris and Leupold are playing the same game. My new Burris and Vortex are made in the Philippines.
I shoot a 10x40 power target scope on my 22 WB hard to see the 1/4 10 ring without it LOL

As you get older and acquire 25-50 rifles you end up with 25-50 scopes! It gets pricy. My CCW is about as bad, got to factor in $300-$400 worth of sights you can see. I have plenty of old school with irons but once you find how more effective you are with a red dot, betting your life on your skills, why not.

The 10/22 is addictive as to what things you can do to it. I traded into it with a top end barrel. Now I’m doing trigger and scope/mounts.
