Time…

I had a rig that was new to me, needed some projectiles. All my life that I remember, I just bought a mold and felt secure that I had a lifetime supply. Totally independent of the world and powers that be. I guess there is still some validity to that. But the ever advancing age is catching up. A couple boxes purchased will likely BE a lifetime supply anyway. Spread out over so many especially. A humbling thought! Plus no valuable time sourcing materials and making them.

But old habits die hard. For the price of a couple good sit down meals I can own the tools to figuratively create an unlimited supply. The tools have appreciated in value as well. Plus it is enjoyable, the feeling of independence, the old school making something of value from less. Why stop a good thing?

$70 to the door… might as well.

I think I'll powder-coat them Ford Blue.

It will seal in the lead oxidation.
