little decrease in recoil (kick).... However, after I had an accident with my right wrist and after shooting my FA`s 454 the wrist would swell up. I then sent the 454 to Magnaport where they installed their brake. I would say there was a 40% decrease in felt recoil cause my wrist no longer swelled up....
