I think it comes down to the task at hand. Daily carry or target? TEOTWAWKI? I’ve run FLGRs in both. My takeaway … they **may** be worth the effort as they can enhance reliability and therefore functioning by keeping the recoil spring from kinking which (again) may translate into an important component to the guns' overall accuracy. I think it all comes down to the individual shooter and his/her perceived needs/wants. Either way, I’d run the gun for a while to check overall reliability with vs without.
