There are a number of SP101 cylinders on the used market. Obviously from taken down confiscated guns. Finding .327 would be a trick. I'm not sure if they are even long enough to be rechambered. OR thick enough. The .327 is a 6-shot where the .357 is a 5. My SP101 8-shot .22 has rims too close for a .22 WMR rechamber, FWIW.
The .321 is a necked down .357 and quite powerful. I have shot the .300 GNR a bunch, the .321 is very close and easier to make.
