Have a happy, hopeful, birthday. You have some mileage on me but I had one done, so much better now. I didn't realize how much it was holding me back. I leaned across a board fence with my belly and picked up a feed sack of grain. THAT is a good way to get one.

You will be leaping over the hills soon.
