you can get out of one handed. And wearing the big thick pillow like arm brace across your chest for weeks on end. Beware the really strong pain pills. On my last shoulder surgery I took them and there were spiders walking up the wall and moving shadows where there weren't shadows. Visions of my ex-wives with guns in the middle of the night and more. I went back to the arthritis formula Tylenol pills every 4 hours and the spiders went away.
