I went to the range this morning to run several hundred rounds through my carry 1911. It's one of those cheap Filipino guns but it seems to run well and fairly accurately.

These are two of the targets I shot from the bench ..

The 4 gr. of Bullseye load is a mild target load. Any lighter powder charge and the slide would not work.

I ran a little over 100 rounds of the same bullet with 4.8 gr. Green Dot which is a nice load. Accuracy was about the same.
