are fully vaccinated, another 4%-5% partially vaccinated. This does not count those vaccinated/infected/contagious running around while feeling right as rain.

Which no doubt explains all the surge in cases even as vaccination surged at identical rates. That other variants do the same is no suprise at all. These vaccines are ending nothing.
