the scum bag that ran over them. He was already out of bond from running over a lady after punching her in the face and stealing her phone, then running over her. They tried to put him under a $7500 bond on the 5 dead and 40 injured in the Christmas parade yesterday and the DA is investigating that. Because he is black they will probably try to lower the bond even more.
