Hal Swiggett was one of my favorite writers and he was still active back in the 80s when I got interested in handguns again. The handguns he's showing are the ones that I remember reading about and hoped to own someday. I have examples of some of them and remember a Triple Lock in 44 Special that I might have passed on because most of the finish was gone or patina'd. I can't remember if I actually had a chance at it or if the buyer showed it to me after he'd bought it. Good memories here.
