Still in cicu, had surgery Thursday AM, mitral and aortic valves replaced, one bypass graft and aortic aneurysm repaired. Spiked a temp Thursday might from lactic acid build up had to get packed in coolpacks. Got and cardiac tamponade, pretty bad off for a while and almost passed over. Tomorrow I get a pacemaker put in, my heart rate is in the 20's to 30"s. They said I should be here 5 more days and either go to the stepdown unit or home. Got up and walked a little yesyerday. Thanks much for the prayers
