Equality. It not equality but preferential consideration and treatment. They are going to seek people to hire based only upon the color of their skin. The literal definition of racism. It’s unsaid that they will hire less “non-blacks”,but that’s how it works. It should be merit only. But then blacks might be a minority in that case? Also pledged was a special group to figure how to hire former criminals. That’s gonna work just great! Ever hear of out the door theft?! They have been to thieve’s school! What could go wrong? I don’t trade with them and won’t anymore I hope the entire corporation implodes. Sam would be with me.
