So I can trim back .38-55 brass (If I had to) to make .375. But Starline has thinner brass (0.0072" at the mouth I think) for the larger diameter old chambers, it might be a loose fit. If that was not groovy enough they offer the standard 2.080 brass (Winchester spec.) or longer 2.125" brass for chambers that will accept the longer brass.
It's way beyond my knowledge base as to why all of it. I had a buddy all wound up a few years back. He could not find .375 Win. brass. I told him of the .30-30 trick but it did not impress him. So I gave him some of my .375 brass.
