Back in the 60's and 70's each Company was issued enough toilet paper rolls to allow each soldier 11 sheets per day. We got a month's supply at atime. They were 300 sheet rolls so we had 4 rolls one day and 5 every other day for the latrine. It had the consistency of emery cloth to discourage over use.
