When I started experimenting with 300 gr. bullets in the .45 Colt years ago it was common for bullets to back out under the recoil. I took and ground the expander die to a gentle taper and just slightly opened the case to start a bullet.

Not sure you can see it but it you look close you can see where the bullet expanded the cartridge case.
